I decided one day at my mom's house that I would be funny with Jaxten. I put him in all these different hats. I had a lot of fun taking pictures of him. He did not like it so much. I entered into the cutest hat contest but of course, he did not win.

Bear Lake

Over the summer we went to Bear lake with Quint's family. We had fun!!! We took Jaxten on the boat with us for his first boating trip. He was not too happy with the life jacket that we made him wear. He liked standing up with the boat going. He ended up sleeping the whole time we were on the boat. Quint, Chris, and Jace ended up wake boarding when we went boating that day. By the time we got back the pier Jaxten decided to wake up. Funny little boy. Jaxten screamed the most of the way up to Bear Lake, so that was not so much fun but we had a good time on this vacation!

Jaxten's birthday is just around the corner! I am so excited for him to turn 1 years old. His birthday is on Dec 12, 2007. He has changed so much in the first year. I thought that having a baby would be hard work but I never knew how challenging a parent would be. It is the most rewarding thing ever!! I love being a Mom, it is so wonderful. Jaxten is so great, he makes me laugh all of the time. He means so much to me and I can't even describe in words how much I love him. He is standing and cruising the furniture this month. He stands on his own when he is not realizing he is. It will be soon that he starts walking!!!!
